Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

  • Ireland: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and customs processing.


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout.


Delays

Shipping times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or customs inspections.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
